At present, we are only accepting orders for piccolo and oktav-flutes.
We do not have any ready-made instruments available for immediate purchase.
Wooden flutes: production and order acceptance are suspended until further notice. When production and order acceptance resume, this will be announced one year in advance.

*Our prices for customers residing in EU countries include 19% VAT.
** Our prices for customers residing in non-EU countries exclude VAT. They apply only to exports to non-EU countries.
Shipping and packaging are billed separately.
- Customers in non-EU countries are responsible for any import charges (customs duties and taxes) levied by the relevant country in connection with the delivery of the parcel.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices of instruments are based on the prices applicable at the time of production, not at the time of joining the waiting list.
- The manufacturer accepts no liability for any obligations entered into by the purchaser towards third parties.
The Steps to Purchasing an Instrument
1. Join the waiting list
You can use the "Waiting list Form" on our website to register your interest in one of our instrument models with no obligation. Registration does not constitute an order or an obligation to purchase.
2. Your turn has come
As soon as an instrument can be allocated to you, we will contact you by email to ask whether you are still interested. If so, you will receive a pro forma invoice containing all the relevant details and the payment deadline.
3. Payment and Order Confirmation
The contract of sale is concluded upon receipt of full payment within the specified period. We will confirm receipt of payment by email and proceed with production thereafter.
4. Production
As soon as the instrument is completed and ready for shipping, we will let you know by email.
5. Delivery (collection)
"We will arrange the dispatch with you shortly beforehand. Once the instrument has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing the dispatch details and the tracking number."
6. Upon receipt
Once you have received the instrument, you can try it out at your leisure. The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the instrument. We also voluntarily grant this right of cancellation to our business customers.
Collection for Non-EU Customers (Tax-Free):
First, the customer pays the full purchase price, including 19% German VAT.
When the instrument is collected, we will provide the customer with a completed form.
On the return journey at the external border of the European Union (airport), the instrument to be exported and the completed form must be presented to the customs office of exit. The customs office of exit will confirm the export of the goods.
Once we have received this validated form from the customer, the 19% VAT will be refunded by bank transfer. Please visit the customs website for further information. Zollamts.
