Our family business consists of three people.
All instruments are handcrafted by us –
Eva-Marie Simon (geb. Braun), Ludwig Simon and Dipl.-Ing. Anton Braun, – and exclusively made to order.

As a small family business, we handle customer service and administration ourselves and do not employ any separate office staff. We are not online during working hours, as our work is our priority.
We usually reply to emails from Monday to Friday outside our working hours.
However, we can be reached by phone.
